And so I just think I had to give myself permission to grieve that change a little bit.

Yeah.

And so it's okay to have joy and grief in the same moment.

courage to change. And that's exactly what we're talking about today with Joyce and our friend Holly Wagner. This is a conversation from our Girls Night in event that we had in front of a live studio audience, which always makes it just a little bit more fun. It's so fun. We have fun friends there who like to participate. We do. We all need courage to change because staying the

same is just not an option with God. Change impacts our lives in all kinds of ways, so let's talk

it out. So we're going to have a talk about discussion to get to some of those practical

things, different elements of change, and how to work our way through it.

And in this book, what I really like about this book is that you talk about the fact

that it does take courage. You know, I think we tend to think it should be easier than it is

sometimes and then get down on ourselves if we don't do it so well. So it takes courage to change ourselves.
