You look for commonalities in the style, in the orthography that's

spelling in the various lexicon, and you put all these features together, and you look

for consistent idiosyncratic features in spoken or written language.

When I testify as an expert witness, I told the prosecutors, stop, don't tell me about

the case.

I would like to not know anything about that.

You write a report and you tell the police, this is the guy.
