Well, hello, my friends. It's me, Stu, back for another episode of the Marketing Your Business

podcast. In this episode, we're going to pick up right where we left off from the last one,

when I was sharing with you the behind the scenes of us launching our new tribe membership

and generating just close to $2.4 million in recurring revenue. Now, here's the thing.

That almost didn't happen. And that's what I'm going to talk about in this episode, because in this

episode, oh my goodness, we experienced a revolt in our audience. Yeah, people started to create a big

divide. And it created utter chaos,

many sleepless nights, and a whole lot of thinking required to be able to navigate through

that. And in this, there are some big lessons that I want to share with you. So here's what's

happened. So long story short,

as we were planning for the tribe membership, we started to realize as we got closer to the date

that one of the things we wanted to do was simplify the business as much as possible. So we were

looking at like, where are, you know, all loose ends, so to speak to speak in the business and how do we kind of like

you know trim that up and simplify and one of the things that we realized was we started to have like

a whole bunch of Facebook groups for a whole bunch of different reasons and it was like taking
