We all have a diet history... mine used to be keto. A weightloss focus can become part of our identity. We start to believe that dieting is what “keeps us in check” and that feels like a prison after a while. In this episode we learn how to open up to possibility that there is something better. That you can get what you want without strict rules and restrictions.

1:45.2 | identity and that past is that it deepens that identity. It has us believing that that's who we |
1:51.2 | are and what our brain will do is it will look for confirmation that that is who we are. We are |
1:55.6 | caught trying to do something new and yet holding that deep belief of who we are, you have to open |
2:03.2 | yourself up to believe that there is a version of you that isn't consumed with dieting. |
