exercise is a stressor on the body. So is fasting, right? It's a use stress. So the question is,

is that person's stress bucket already full enough where that fasting will tip that bucket over

you really need a good functional medicine person to kind of look at it and see if you can handle

it. Now, how do you know if exercise is an issue? Well, you feel tired after it. You
