1:40.4	philosophy? I have my five Ds of leadership, and I'll share them with you. The five Ds,
1:45.8	make it easy. And I'll tell you what they are. Most are self-explanatory, but they are, number one,
1:51.9	do, leaders do. Sometimes you're the one that has to do the acting. Number two, leaders decide
1:58.6	critical skill. We don't always get them right, but I think the more advanced you are as a leader,
2:04.5	the better your decision-making capabilities become.
