talk about his business. He's based out of Ontario, Canada, and he's doing some high level

builds really into energy efficient homes, controlling, you know, air air leakage. And we get

into that some we get into he's looking to kind of expand his business and his reasons

for doing so in his family and kind of branch off and have a little bit of a media division

there. And we kind of get on a little bit of a tangent regarding how we would like

to see more of the industry approach that, you know, with more authenticity and kind of

the route that this old house takes where, you know, you're using products that you believe

in not because they're throwing money on your lap, which I think would be beneficial

to everyone. What else do we talk about? Just him getting started in the industry, which

is pretty typical kind of where he's heading, where he hopes to be. I like your conversation

John with the all the energy efficiency. We just don't build that way down where I am.
