Hello, hello and welcome to the latest episode of Black Girl's Hill. Happy. Let's do this. It's going to go out on a Tuesday.

I don't know. Happy day to you. Whatever day this goes out. I hope that you're doing well and feeling loved wherever you are.

So today is going to be a compilation episode because your girl has her nose down working on this no contact process book for those of you who are joining us for the first time or you're skipping episodes and you just picked on a topic.

I mentioned in last week's episode how I am writing a book about no contact so the process that I talked about in October last year and then I had to follow up episode maybe a month or so ago.

I'm writing a book about it and I am pulling you know the tools the information the steps the process the roadblocks what happens what you need to keep in mind how to keep yourself sane putting it all into a book.

And I'm really excited about it. It is one of the inspirations that has come up now that I am feeling better. I'm being very consistent as medicine has been working so well.

I have had some really great connections with doctors and everything and so this book is coming along y'all and it keeps getting longer and longer and longer.

So I am using all my creative energy for that but as some of you may know, especially if you've been here for a while, there has been a many course that has been connected to the no contact process and either you could get it by itself or it came as part of the recovery school or as part of from a dictative or into available the bigger coaching programs because it's such a core tool that you need.

And so what I am doing is at the end of this month, we are going to be starting a month long support group for women who are going through the no contact process whether or not that's with a former lover someone that you're co parenting with a parent, a friend, a sibling, a coworker that you see every day.

We are going to do a support group where I'm going to be outlining the process. We're going to be using pure support to to get through it. I'm going to be sharing different videos and things and you're going to get full access to the current curriculum as is plus all of that.

And this is going to be our last hurrah and to making sure that we let go of these trauma bonded relationships. So it's going to be called the ready to let go support group.
