Sure, thanks. So I am a personal trainer, a kinesiologist, and I specialize in coaching women who are trying to conceive who are pregnant and women post-pregnancy who are pregnant and women post pregnancy who are moms.

So I focus in strength training

and specifically a lot in core and public floor

rehabilitation type work after pregnancy and what really led me to this was that I started

personal training back in my university days when I was doing a kinesology undergraduate degree and I

started working with women in a prenatal and post-natal training studio so it was only women who were coming to this studio
