I'm recording this on January the 3rd of 2020. And as the new year starts,

I think this is a great time to think about your routine, your routine at home, your routine at

practice, your routine in the workplace. Think about how you can do things better, how you can do

some things more often that you need to be doing,

how you got to maybe stop doing some things, that you should have stopped a long time ago.

You know, we all have this in common. We have the same amount of time in the day. And so we've got to

put it into the areas, obviously, that are going to bring us the greatest result. Now, if you look

up the definition of routine, again,

people say, Dave, why are you always into these definitions? Because they create clarity,
