If you are anything like me or a lot of the women that I work with, self-love probably

feels like something you feel like you should be doing.

Like you're supposed to be doing it.

But honestly, a lot of the time it can feel more forced and more frustrating than it does freeing and effective at helping you feel better in your body.

And I think there's so much pressure to get it right.

Like we need to get up in the morning, get up early.

When we look in the mirror, we need to repeat affirmations to ourselves.

And we need to appreciate what we see in

the reflection and we need to feel good about ourselves. And it's like one more thing that we need

to add to our to do list and that we need to be really good at. And if you don't feel that love,

I think it's easy to start feeling like, okay, I'm failing

at something that is supposed to actually make me feel better. But I think so often it's kind of

forced. Like you're standing in front of the mirror. You're looking at yourself. You're repeating
