Hey everybody, on this episode, Jake and I are going to be taking a little break from

our hunt today and we're going to be talking about lockdown tactics for the middle part

of November.

It's one of those time frames that gets kind of a negative reputation a lot of times and

it's funny because it's actually our favorite time of the year to hunt I think is a THP

group.

We would choose that middle of November time frame to bow hunt over any other time.

It's just usually when the biggest, oldest bucks are moving around, acting pretty silly,

and when they get locked down with those, it usually puts them in some pretty vulnerable

position.

So, Jake and I are just going to be talking about some ways that you can find lockdown

bucks and maybe that will help change your luck during the middle part of November here

if you're having some slow hunts and you're not seeing that much, maybe going and looking

for some of these lockdown bucks may help you out.

All right, Jake, tell me what you love about the lockdown?

I like that we have gotten better at finding where bucks like to take those during the

lockdown in the last couple of years and been able to take advantage of some of those

situations, I think I think a lot of people dread this time of year but I think if you

try to think of places that bucks take those or you're going to want to take those to

get them away from other deer, I think it's going to help you find them a lot.
