0:18.9	And in today's show, we're going to talk about why having a coach in your life and in your marriage
0:24.3	should matter to you. It's you know something that comes up all the time and
0:28.8	having kids that play sports we spend a lot of time around coaches.

0:37.4	it takes to be a Hall of Famer in your marriage.
0:40.7	And so of course, as we opened today's show with a quote, I've got to go to one of the most famous coaches of all time, and that's John Wooden.

0:53.5	without causing a resentment, which determines
0:57.9	why a coach is not necessarily your spouse,
1:00.0	because sometimes when our spouses give us correction,
1:02.7	there's a dose of resentment that comes back on one side or another.
1:06.2	And you know, this idea of coaching and of having a marriage coach
1:11.8	is a relatively new concept in terms of you know there have been
1:16.1	therapists but you know a lot of times people are now looking to have a marriage coach
1:19.8	and I've had a lot of people say, well, you know, what is that all about?
