little by little a little becomes a lot. And this has been my philosophy probably since high school. You know, I don't think I've ever told you where this all began.

When I was in high school, I was real skinny. I was like

150 pounds just wiry, right? Athletic book just wiry. There's no meat on me.

And one thing that I'd always been fascinated by was bodybuilding.

I was like seven or eight years old,

we'll get up in the morning, flip to ESPN

and watch Lee Haney show me how to do preacher curls and lap poles and bench press and

how to squeeze the muscle just right and all that stuff.

Anyway, so fast forward, maybe junior year of high school,

I'm flipping through this body building magazine.

I'm sitting in my bedroom, flipping through this body building magazine,

and I land on this page.

And there was this young man and he so resonated with me

because this young man he had my frame but he had a lot more muscle packed on that frame.
