We were looking at the last time you were on, and I was like, maybe it was January.

And no, it was September of 2022.

So it's been way too long and overdue. So for the people who might be newer, brief intro, most everybody who has listened to the podcast for a long time knows you, but give the new people a hello. I am sassy, otherwise known as Laura Ligos. I am a registered dietitian, have been now for over 10 years, which is wild to me. I'm not that old

and or that qualified, but apparently I am. I have a private practice specializing in improving

relationship with food and optimizing health with basically ditching diet culture. I mostly work with

women, but usually their partners end up joining in too. So I also accept men if their partners are men. And yeah, I don't know what else. I am a mom to a now two-year-old. Where did that go? I don't know. How did that? And I live in upstate New York, if anyone cares. We definitely care and we also care that you have a dog named. Oh yes. And I have a dog named Bodie who jumps off the deck every day on Instagram. Which is truly a highlight of my day. He literally jumps off every time. And anytime he hasn't jumped off and I post a video, the amount of messages I get asking if he's okay. Yeah. And I'm like, yes. He's just a son of dog. And when we say jumped off the deck, It's a wind-up run and then a flying leap off of her deck into the yard, like a Superman dive.

And it is the most satisfying, joyful thing to watch. And I look for it almost every day.

And one day I was like, Laura, can you just record like 10 seconds more? I like want to see where he goes

afterwards. That's why I record more now because of you joy. I literally like let

it go. I'm like, where is he going to go today? And the people are invested because when he goes the wrong way, I didn't even know. Like I didn't even, that's how much I pay attention to my poor dog. Like I didn't know he always goes left. And apparently he always goes left. And when he goes right, people are very concerned. Yeah, I always see him going a certain direction. It's, yeah,

it is really, really funny. see him going a certain direction.
