0:42.6	And I don't know where I heard this, but somebody once said that to be a great leader,
0:47.6	you have to be slightly unreasonable, which makes sense.
0:50.8	And that's not just about being a manager or a CEO or anything like that.
0:53.8	It's about if you're going to lead people, it'd be an influencer in the world, a leader.
0:59.4	You can't be completely reasonable because you have to get people to do things that they
1:04.5	might not want to do or think is possible.
1:07.9	And so anyone that's truly a leader is going to have to be unreasonable often.
1:14.7	And that's easy to say, but it's hard to do.
