| 1:24.4 | So online they'll tell you to take DHA because it's a direct precursor to testosterone. |
| 1:30.8 | So that's true that will absolutely boost testosterone levels. It's a little like cheating, but still not a bad thing because DHA can actually help with TH2 imbalances. It can help offset cortisol a little bit, but again not the first place I would go. |
