Episode 183. 83. Welcome to the You Are Not So Smart Podcast. My name is Dr. Marva Robinson and I'll be your host for today. I currently serve as the

Midwestern Regional Representative for the Association Black Psychologists. I'm also a licensed

clinical psychologist in St. Louis, Missouri. My

specialties are treating race-based trauma as well as community trauma. I have

three amazing panelists joining me today and I'll have them introduce

themselves as well. First I'll start with Dr. Kiribanks.

Thanks for having me. I'm Dr. Kura Banks. I am an associate professor of

psychology at St. Louis University. I also am the co-founder of the Institute

for Healing Justice and Equity and do consulting and really do enjoy helping people think about how they can have ideas about diversity of inclusion and actually implement them and live those out.
