0:17.0	So many of you know if you haven't already, you want to make sure that you head to the app store and after this is finished,

0:25.0	And you will likely be one of the people who has received the update.
0:29.0	Now of course it's still rolling out.
0:31.0	So Android users, you need to be patient.

0:34.0	Some of you do not.
0:35.0	But to recap, for those of you who don't know, Instagram is owned by Facebook.
0:41.0	Facebook recently and allegedly offered to buy out Snapchat.
0:47.0	Snapchat is clearly the golden child at the moment.
0:50.0	Everybody who's been talking about Snapchat.
0:52.0	Everybody has been trying to figure it out and figure out what to do with it and how to monetize it.
0:58.0	Allegedly, although I think it's been confirmed, Facebook went to the creators of Snapchat and said, hey, listen, we got a lot of money.
1:07.0	You've got a lot of people using your platform.
1:10.0	We would like to make you a handsome offer.
1:13.0	And Snapchat said, we're good.
1:16.0	Thanks anyways.
1:18.0	Facebook then said, okay, if that's all you want to be, hashtag, periscope.
1:25.0	The next thing you know, Facebook, the parent company to Instagram rolls out a version.
