well hello and welcome to this week's episode where if you tuned in last week you know

that I'm taking a bunch of questions from people on different platforms whether it's

YouTube or whether it is the podcast or even just on Terry Cole.com and for the next now

it's nine weeks I'm going to be answering your questions. So a question came in

from someone who basically told me the story of how her mother, who she believes is a narcissist,

pretty much ruined her wedding.

Took all the attention away.

So I'll tell you the story a minute, but so what we're going to be handling in today's

episode we're going to be talking about if you're a grown up and your parent is

still alive then you have a narcissistic parent how to a determine if you do and b what can you do to protect

yourself because that is definitely what is needed and what is in order right right? So let's start with the story.
