On November 2nd, 2001, a man named Paul G. Everett entered the home of a stranger, Kelly M. Bailey, in Panama City,

Florida. He, after spending the weekend playing video games and dropping acid in his motel room,

had hopes to leave with some money. He was carrying with him a wooden fish bat.

When the woman confronted him, he grew angry,

knocked her down, and grabbed her hair. Most criminals who were simply looking for money
