Scullian. You know who I am and today I want to talk to you guys about something that I get

asked often, which is confidence. Hey, Bedro, how do I build more confidence? How can I get more

confidence? How can I find my confidence? I can tell you this guys and gals, confidence

isn't lost. Your confidence isn't lost. You're not going to go out there and find it. That's for

sure. How can you build confidence? That's the question to ask. Now most people think that you

build confidence by, well, you just fake it. Tell you make it, right? I got to tell you,

I was that guy. I tried way back then to fake it till I made it and it was the worst feeling ever

because I felt like an imposter. Have you guys ever tried that to try an act confident, to try

an act sure, to try an act like you know what you're doing? But deep down inside, you kind of,

you kind of feel like an imposter. You feel a little bit like everyone knows that you're

faking it. And any minute now, they're going to be like, surprise, motherfucker, we know you're

faking it, right? So that's never a good feeling. And so because of that, I want to tell you what

really works. And I wish I had known this in my 20s. For me, I started to understand this in my

30s. And it was my business that actually helped me build my confidence. And there's actually

a funny thing that I've heard before. I think Tony Robbins talks about this. He says,

the greatest self-development program on the planet is entrepreneurism. And I do believe

that is true. Like if you want to develop yourself to the highest level in terms of confidence,

in terms of character, in terms of integrity, in terms of problem solving, in terms of decision
