episode number zero zero one I think it was October of 2016, which is wild. I've been doing the show for seven years. The time goes so fast. You have no idea. But in in today's episode Bob is going to talk about he's going to

encourage you to be who you really are you know we all know what it's like to try to

be somebody else to just kind of hide who we really are to wear a mask.

It's exhausting to not be your true self. And one thing that I've learned over the years,

especially being like an online personality,

is that the parts of myself

that I was afraid to share with others online

when I eventually shared those parts people love them.

They're like, oh my God, this is really cool. I was thinking the same thing.

And so when you take off the mask, there is so much power in that.

I know it's vulnerable and it requires some courage,
