As we come to the end of the year, I've been taking time to reflect on how the overall year has been,

and also to set some goals for next year. So I have a whole process for this. I've been doing it for

more than a decade now. It's called an annual review. And you can read more on my blog,

Pretty soon I'm going to have a post about my process this year. And there's also a template

you can use for your own review. If you'd like to look back on the year and look ahead at the year

most important thing for me in terms of goal setting, in terms of trying to live intentionally,
