Summary
Andy Hill was just a regular husband and dad when he started to get really interested in finances and made a commitment to live debt and mortgage free. Fast forward to a few years, when he quit his corporate job and has done what most people think is impossible; made a living as a full time blogger and podcaster helping other people achieve financial freedom just like he and his wife did. Danielle, Adam, and Andy get real about the financial struggles and how insanely expensive it is just to live and raise kids. Danielle and Adam open up about some of their financial missteps and ask Andy what is REALLY involved in being debt and mortgage free: the sacrifices a person has to make, how long it takes, and what small changes we can start making right now that will have a big impact on our future. Adam also asks Andy about cryptocurrency, a topic with which Adam is currently pretty obsessed. Even if you don't consider yourself a financial guru, this episode is well worth listening to and is extremely relatable no matter your level of knowledge about money.

| 1:09.3 | whatever, you got the couples challenge if you are signed up for emails and you |
| 1:13.8 | can still do it for sure. And we'll be checking in about that all month. And I |
| 1:19.2 | think it'll be a really awesome bonding opportunity for you and your partner |
| 1:23.8 | and it's free. So it's just going to be fun. And it's timely for us because you |
| 1:30.3 | have chosen as your topic for me to learn more about how ironic is that? The |
| 1:36.6 | money. Right. No, but the thing that's so great about doing it this way, it's so |
| 1:42.4 | approachable to bring to you and say, Hey, let's talk about money where it's |
| 1:46.5 | not an overwhelming thing to you. We can actually. Well, we're not even talking |
| 1:49.9 | about it yet. I'm just researching it first. Well, that's my point. Like I can |
| 1:53.3 | approach you with it so much easier than just coming to you and saying, what did |
| 1:58.0 | you see the credit card bill this month? Or something like that always works out |
| 2:01.7 | well. That's a great way to go about it. But at the end of the challenge, one |
| 2:07.1 | fun thing will be and for me, for you, you are going to, I always talk about the |
| 2:12.5 | fact that I get so frustrated that everything you listen to, watch, read and |
| 2:18.3 | you know, just everything in your life is from the male perspective. Like every |
