in a relationship, whatever, it's a great month to just double up on our self-care, self-love practices.

The theme of the month is love, right? Valentine's Day, I feel like when I was single,

I was just like, okay, I'm going to take this as a time to be extra incredibly indulgent in my

self-care practices, self-love. So that's kind of the theme of which I'm operating over here. And as always, I just want to

And also one other thing, a lot of people asked, why does it look like you're booked out for four years?

So I'm not booked out for four years, but we only open spots for my newsletter each month because I do have another scheduling for clients that has already been filled.

So we open a few spots each month just for the newsletter,

just so you guys get an opportunity to connect with me. And then as soon as those get gobbled up

quick, the schedule just looks like it's filled. But I'm always opening new spots. I hope to

connect with each and every one of you. And I'm just so excited. So I do have a little box that
