conclusions.

But the journal of the American Medical Association Pediatrics recently put out a report claiming that the Texas Heartbeat

law actually has increased infant mortality in that state. How did they

come to that conclusion? They also published it along with an

op-ed interesting in a medical journal an op-ed trashing pro-life laws. Welcome

So remind us of what the Texas Heartbeat Law is. So the Texas Heartbeat Law is.

So the Texas Heartbeat Law was signed into law by Texas Governor Greg Abbott in 2021.

It took effect September 1st, 2021. Before the Dobbs decision, it predicted pre-born children in Texas after six weeks' gestation, after

the point where a fetal heartbeat to be detected.

So it was really the first strong pro-life law

we were really able to enforce after Rovi Wade.
