It's an absolute delight. I have been following your content as well and really looking up to you from

a point of view for, you know, regards to fitness and nutrition and all the information you put out

there. So it's firstly an honor to be on this podcast and be meeting you as a lot of you here.

Thank you. So yes, as you mentioned, I am an orthopedic surgeon. I have actually come from a complete medical background, to be very honest.

Right from my grandparents to my parents, my siblings, everyone is a doctor.

So I come from a complete medical background and it was just something that, you know, came naturally in terms of, you know, a funny thing. The dinner table conversations at my home when I was growing up were about medical cases and about which patient walked in, a conversation between us and the patient, a conversation between a relative and the patient and someone from my family.

So that's the kind of environment I grew up in. That's the kind of discussions that actually had, you know, being a child. So that's how medicine was kind of ingrained in me. I've always been
