So today is less of a question exactly, but it's more of something that we use a lot in the Ask a Coach and that we

see a lot in the Ask a Coach, which is what we call a learn and move on. And so this is a worksheet

that we use quite frequently and that we see quite frequently in the Ask Coach people send in

their Learn and Move Ons because they want some feedback maybe about what's going on in their learn

and move on. Or they might ask a question in the Ask a Coach and we might say, hey, did you fill

out a learn and move on? What did you learn from your learn and move on? What can you share about

what happened during your slip up? And so we use this worksheet a lot. And because we use it a lot,
