This time of year reminds me one of the biggest challenges of academia for me, thinking about graduations and stuff.

Throughout my schooling, maybe the biggest challenge was balancing that hat on my head for graduations.

That's not easy.

Well, well, girls can use bobby pins.

Yeah, I mean, guys can't do this.

Somebody should have let me in on that, actually.

So, if hypothetically, I wanted to know you.

How about you? Is your listening to this? If I wanted to know you, what would be the best really the best way to know it?

Would it be a bullet point list of facts?

She's five foot five. She graduated from this college.

Or would it be better if I talk to somebody who loves you?

Who could say, now, this person.

She's so this. She's so that. And she, like, now I know.

Same thing goes with, I think, with understanding who God is in case you want to know God better.

Talk to some people who love him.

Yeah, that's a great point.

Big theologians and stuff like, okay, that's cool.

Check, check, check, check.

But if I really want to know somebody, talk to somebody who loves him.

Why didn't somebody tell me that?
