Welcome back to Conversations with Cabral where I have Dr. James O'Dell on today.

Really great to sit down with Dr. James O'Dell and the reason is that he is really the founder and the executor of the

bioregulatory Medicine Institute.

So many of you have heard me say before that I'm on the advisory board for

BRMI and I'm not on the advisory board for BRMI.

And I'm not on the advisory board for very many companies,

maybe about a half a dozen or so,

and I get asked quite a bit to be on the advisory boards

for many different companies.

And usually I say no simply

because of time commitments and there's only so many things that you can do right

so one of the reasons though I said yes right away to the bioregulatory medicine institute is because what they are trying to do is

bring a lot of the European foundations of sciences and natural health here to the United States.

So Dr. James O'Dell holds and really has created

the United States-based chapter so that many people here can also find out about bioregulatory medicine.

And if you don't know about bioregulatory medicine, we talk all about that today and why it is one of the foundations of integrative health.

It is one of the seven different disciplines

that I teach in the Integrative Health Practitioner Institute.

And Dr. James O'Dell is one of, I would say,

the best people to speak on this topic.
