And in today's podcast, we're going to talk about Sex Spectations.

Those expectations you have about how frequently you're going to have sex while on vacation or

when the kids are away. So happy to have you guys here with us today and this is a

this came up because at least and I just got back from vacation and what we talked about before we went on vacation with

in when when it pertains to sex and how much sex we are going to have and what

actually happened when we were on vacation.

Two different things, two completely different things.

But you know that's what we talk about we talk about those times when life

Doesn't quite match up to your dreams and desires and so we're excited to be back behind the mics. We had a fabulous vacation. It was a great time to relax and get rejuvenated,

put a lot of energy into thinking about one. And that was, we knew that that was going to happen we unplugged except for the most part for the most part you know except for the fair minimums but it was really a time that as we were in conversation things like that we started you know putting

those big dreams together for what one is going to look like and the growth and the

new programs and things that we're putting into place for all of you and so we're

excited to see what's going to roll out over the next six months but all that being

said Tony had some sex expectations that were not met and you know here's the thing

sex is the thing that takes up the least amount of time and causes the most amount

of trouble that's a quote from John Barrymore,

and I just want you to think about it.
