You know, I'm doing well.

I'm ready for the All-Star break.

I've always viewed this as kind of like a built-in holiday

through the year, like throughout high school

I would always get together with my friends we really took the dunk contest

seriously it was like it was like the best weekend of my life and I try and

recapture that every single year so I'm hyped about the weekend, Ben.

Are you saying you're ready for our eight hour live show over the weekend?

Chronicling the great history of the dunk contest? You know what I've always wanted to do with the

dunk contest? I don't think you can do it in a podcast, but I've always wanted to do a video

breaking down the top 50 dunks of all time in the dunk contest.

And here's the thing, Cody.

Here's the thing, before you shake your head,

roll your eyes at me out there.

As a Dunk historian, you see these videos that are up on YouTube of like, hey, these

are the best dunks of all time. And those videos are fine. You breeze through, you watch them, and they show all the dunks and the replays. But what is left aside when you look at that video is the context of every dunk because I'm a huge believer in creativity, in sort of understanding where we were in the history of the

dunk, understanding the rules of the dunk contest. There was a period of time where you just

had like a 90 second running clock to try to do as many
