argue probably all the time mostly we fictionalize our own reality and what I mean

by that is you think people are against you that really aren't,

We're just framing our reality all the time and most of the time we frame it negatively yes and

then we live into a negative false reality and we cause it to come true which is

insane it's insane that that, there's research behind that.

Like that's not just like a regular thing of like, oh yeah, if you think bad things, bad things will happen.
