Right, so here's the problem. Here's the problem. So this is the issue that I think we both had sitting down to look at our show notes this morning. So I've been for the last two days trying to plan out what I wanted to talk about in this episode. And the problem that I'm facing right now today is I don't know what to talk about today because all of my other shows, right,

like there's other things going on.

Like we're talking about like this show is about video games.

This show is about pens, right?

Like you can talk about the things that are happening in those worlds but here all we do is

talk about like now which i love that you know like taken out of this like i love that this show

has just become like let's just talk about what's going on in our lives it's like a really nice

it's like the best kind of podcast to have with one of your closest friends, right? It's like a

great reason to start a show, which, by the way, if you'd like to learn how to start a podcast of your own,

go to relay.fm slash backstage. But like seriously, though, like, it's one of the reasons that lots of

people start shows, and I think it's one of the best ways to have a podcast is like it gives you an excuse to catch up and stay connected

with somebody that you love right and that's effectively what this show is for the two of us now

but because of that it means that all we really talk about is what's going on in our lives

and all that's going on in our lives is we're in this goddamn pandemic and like i can't even

begin to think about like what else to talk about. And even

though, like, you know, my mood, like many people, it changes a lot. Like, I'm pretty steady at the

moment. But sitting down to do this show, I just feel like I'm going to be depressing, even though I am not feeling

that right now. Yep, you said it perfectly. And yeah, I looked yesterday, as I'm sitting here now,

I looked yesterday at the show notes. And we have, you know, a couple of minor things in here. But

for the most part, it's a blank slate. And I thought to myself, well, you know, what I really need right now,

and what I suspect our listeners really need right now is something other than the world sucks and

we're all going to die. And yet with that said, even though I don't think of myself as actively,
