Terrific episode about exercise today for you. I hope you learn a couple new things.

Maybe some little bit of information here and there that sticks with you as it has with me over the last few

weeks since I recorded this and more importantly what I really like about episodes like this or whenever I kind of read some sort of book about health or wellness or fitness or

whatever it might be, it's not just whatever information that I might

glean from it, but it's sometimes inspiring and motivating and for the last few weeks

I've been just exercising maybe just a little bit more than I

would have had this not been on my mind maybe making a few healthier choices

when I'm out at a restaurant, something like that. So I hope that it

inspires you in that way and you can make just a little take it easy on yourself.

You don't gotta change everything that you're doing

in one day but maybe just a little bit of an encouragement to make the

tiniest little bit of change that might make you a little bit healthier, increase that well-being.

It's summertime.

This is the, really the time to do it.

It's so much easier.
