| 1:27.0 | because a legitimate certified health coaches |

| 1:40.9 | dietary changes their habit formation, guide them through those hard times in life |
| 1:47.2 | when we would have normally fallen off the bandwagon from our health goals or maybe lost |
| 1:51.9 | track, maybe kind of when we kind of get into the |
| 1:54.5 | muck of it all, when things seem very confusing, which knowing once you get into |
| 2:00.3 | the health field, so many things are confusing. Is a low-fat diet healthy? Is a high-fat diet healthy? Is protein the best macronutrient? Is it better to balance your macronutrients? Or, I mean just goes on and on there's so many |
