So great to be here. Thank you so much for having me. I am so excited to have you and

thank you for having me on your podcast and I'm just so excited now to get to turn the tables and

ask you all the questions. I am ready that was so

much fun. Oh my gosh we just had the best conversation so I can't wait to see what

you're going to ask me. Yes okay my first question is if you had to rate yourself

today right now on a shame a meter of sexuality,

with 10 being the most full of shame and one being, I don't know what shame is, where do you fall in this moment?

Probably a two. Okay, Why do you say two? Really the only reason that I would give it a two is because I'm not ashamed of anything I'm doing sexually. That's what I'm, you know, I podcast about it. I'm more than happy to talk about it. I love talking about it. The only thing that I would say throws a little bit of shame in there is that I'm not out of the closet with it.
