It's been four and a half years and I finally get a name I like.

Well, you guys know Emily.

Like she literally does it all. There's nothing she can't do. Smile on the outside, tears on the inside. That's what I told one of my coaching clients there. And they're like, oh, just how do you? I just smile on the outside. I'm crying on the inside of stress. You never know. You just never know at all.

Everybody knows that feeling when you're just like trying like, yeah, you know it.

I know it. I know I do. Yes. And actually, this is a bit of a shocking episode that we're coming

with you at you with today. Or you'll be surprised maybe. I don't know. Yeah. I think you guys will be surprised and hopefully as excited as we are. Yes. In the end. Yes. so long ago yeah and it was break it down because we've been doing the show for four years almost

four and a half yeah it would be five years actually from start in january than so many relationships

that is actually maybe because we only see each other once a week. So it works.
