All right, guys, if you are new to the show, my name is Emily Fricela. I'm joined by Mindy Musselman. We'll get into the bios here in a little bit. Absolutely. We're formally known as a food in session podcast. Right. Which it's kind of nice being back in the saddle now. It is. I mean, everybody's new to this show, right? Everybody is. Yes, we are. For sure. It's just, it feels a little weird. We're trying to like I'm trying to remember all the buttons and things that I need to push. Yeah. Yeah. So we're excited, though. It's going to be fun. And we love the outpour of support you guys have shown through our DMs and Instagram. We love hearing like, I'm out of episodes. I've already listened to all of them and all that jazz. So we took a little sabbatical. Yeah. You know what, though? I was, we were just talking before the show that if you guys don't know who we are, we will get into that. But, you know, I launched a new company during this time and you've got stuff going on. So it's almost by default been a really good break because I don't, I know that I would not been able to keep up with food in session. Yeah. Had we still been doing weekly because it's just been a blur, you know, getting the new company going and getting everything shipped and moving and stuff like that. Yeah. And because that company is such a, there's so much physical aspects to it.

Like you can't just get on your computer and do your stuff. Yeah. It's not like I can do it late. And it's like I got to be in a warehouse. Yeah. Yeah. So what's the show all about? First, let's talk about what we teased about. what is going on with your mouth.

Yeah, something new I got actually today.

You guys, I surprised Emily.

I was like, look what I got just today. They're fresh. Like how many hours old are they right now? They are about seven hours. Okay. Seven hours old. So if I sound a little funky funky it's because I got invisible line today

she was doing a mic test and she's like Sally Simon and then she's like trying to like make

like the little Lisp sound extra yeah I said the name of the podcast today and I was like I can't

say it with these things you'll get used to it though you can't even I didn't even tell

whenever we were talking today until you literally

told me.

So you can't even see them, like, at all.

They're such a good fit.

I love it.

I actually surprised me. I was supposed to get bottom braces. And this office has been great. Wait, today you went in and you're going to get bottom braces. You're going in thinking you're getting just silver bottom braces. yeah and then an embezzliner on top just to hold those in place yeah all i need guys is like some

space on bottom to finish some things off um so i went in and i'll Yeah. And then an envisaliner on top just to hold those in place. Yeah. All I need guys is like some

I was like, are you serious? Is that? I mean, were you happy for that choice? Yes. I was so happy. just because like you wouldn't see him a ton but i still

had braces on his kid for like five years i don't want him again yeah yeah i was very pleasantly surprised
