1:31.3	expect perfectionism from ourselves, we then tend to expect perfection from those around us.

1:45.8	So my first question for you guys today is, who in your life are you expecting to be perfect?
1:53.0	So is it your friends, your sister or brother, your parents, your dog?
1:58.8	I have this problem with my dog right now.
2:01.8	I expect her to be perfect.
2:03.9	And it's really frustrating for me when she isn't.
2:07.2	She's totally a puppy still and she gets out of control and does stupid things.
