Okay, cool. So I've been a trainer in the fitness industry in general, but specifically as a bodybuilding coach

and a power-lifting coach for road- Lifers since about 2005. I just started that as a guy I really

like with them both for changing my body the way my body looks and also to be as strong as possible.

Really enjoyed lifting heavy things and then

found that I very quickly fell in love with the science of it

as well as the practice.
