President Joe Biden. And that in effect, or puts into effect a lot of things. There are tons of amendments and

bits and pieces of info that if you're, especially if you're outside of the US, you don't

have an interest in. But the one little piece that we were very, very interested in was Senator

Gillibrand's amendment that are one of them, even then to go into the minutia, one of those

amendments of Senator Gillibrand.
