Before we get into today's episode, I want to talk about something in particular just because it literally just came up.

As you know, I post a lot on TikTok at Papa Swolio. You can follow me over there. It's a fun platform.

No, it's not for kids. No, it's not

just dancing. I rant. I rage. There's cosplay on there. There's all sorts of stuff on my page,

but it's a lot of fun. I do a lot of Q&A because TikTok has a great feature where you can respond

to a comment with a video within the app. And it's really, it's brilliant and it's a great feature.

And it really helps me engage with my audience. And this most recent question, I did a post

yesterday asking what is everyone struggling with the most. And I think people are forgetting

that 2020 was really rough for a lot of people. And like I've been saying

here inside the swoll fan, we've been crushing it, we've been having great workouts, we've been getting

it done, but not everyone is the same way. And for many people, 2021 is looking to be the same thing,

if not worse, because now it's longer time being either out of work, longer time being in quarantine, longer time not exercising.

Just it's more of the same.

And as this keeps on stretching out, there's a lot more despair and a lot more people don't know what their purpose is in this new world.

With a new situation, a lot of people's businesses or their jobs have been cut out. And this is very much

so ramping up the changeover into more automation. So a lot more people are doing stuff online.
