Today's guest had enough with traditional gyms and got tired of trying to record his own workouts at someone else's gym so he built his own space in the Portland area.

I haven't seen you since our regular times at like bodybuilding.com in passing from time to time afterwards, but like we haven't had a full-blown sit down in years. Your gym, like I've seen it obviously a lot online, but never obviously in person. But I really like the vibe here. Now, can you explain how this works? Because I looked online. Michael Johansson was going to come, but he couldn't come. But he looked online as well. It's not a gym membership. You don't have day passes. You don't do one-on-one training. How do people come to a gym like this? So that's kind of what it is. Thank you. So really what it is is no one can really come to this gym. It's private for us, and it's not something that, you know, when we post about it and stuff, it's not like we're trying to showboater or even say that like, hey, check out this awesome place that you're never going to be able to get a day pass to. It's kind of like we treat this gym as like an office. So if you were to rent a space for your practice and you go in there and you do your thing, you know, it is you know work environment. So this this entire setup is more considered like an office for us. We come in here. We get our filming done. We get our content done. As we talked, it's like imagine going to a gym and you're like, man, I really want to put together a chess workout and I'm traveling right now or I'm in town and for some reason the people that are at my gym aren't letting me do it today or the front desk person is not, you know, feeling it or your entire workout and content, which we all do online, is centered around somebody else at a gym. And not just out here in Oregon, you don't have a fun environment like that. It's not like you can go to all these gyms and like, you know, Florida or, you know, California where everyone's kind of on the same page. Oregon, it's like there's no real fitness community that's close. It's all spread out. And out here, it's like maybe we just end up doing our own thing, get our content done, protect what we do every single day, and that's kind of what we do here so when
