I'm feeling really compelled to talk about this for a few different reasons.

First of all, I think that working on acceptance and compassion are super important and I'm always looking for

new ways to improve on those qualities. Second of all, there's a lot of judgment and alienation

happening online and in the world and the beautiful qualities of kindness and compassion

and acceptance just aren't talked about and celebrated enough.

So I want to do that more.

I also want to take a moment to commend you.

I often receive emails and messages and comments from my listeners and as a collective,

I know that so many of you are incredibly thoughtful and kind-hearted and

open-minded. So I'd like to say thank you just for being you. Thank you for your small acts of

kindness. Thank you for your generosity. Thank you for supporting and helping and loving other people.

I know that sometimes kindness goes unnoticed,
