Let's begin our meditation today by getting comfortable where your spine can be straight.

Take a moment just to really come into your space.

Take a deep breath in and exhale let it go.

Another deep breath in.

And exhale release.

And now let your breath be light, slow, and deep, in and out of the nose.

Your breath is sustaining your body.

With every inhale, oxygen is brought into your body.

And it's all happening automatically.

Everything's being done for you.

So simply notice the natural rhythm of your breath.

Notice the nourishment you feel as you breathe.

And send your nourishing breath, your prana, or life force all throughout your body.

Notice how your body feels as it breathes.

And bring your attention to your physical body.

Notice any sensations going on in your body at this time.

And thoughts may pop up from time to time.

This is normal.

Gently acknowledge them and exhale send them away on that exhale.

Anytime you notice, your mind is wandered.

Gently bring it back to your breath and send distractions away on every exhale.
