Welcome to the perfume room. My scent of the day today is a little bit of a throwback. I am wearing none other than the body shop full iris. If you've been listening to this podcast for a while, you know this is one of my all-time

favorite affordable scents.

And unfortunately, we're going to have to pour one out as they no longer are in or delivered

to the U.S. market.

If you're an international listener, however, check if the body shop delivers to your country

because all of their fragrances, but especially the body shop delivers to your country because all of their

fragrances, but especially the full flowers line, is, in my opinion, one of the best value

collections out there. And within the collection, it should be no surprise that, of course,

I own a bottle of full iris. The name of the scent to me is a bit of a misnomer. It bears a strong resemblance to

something you would find in the eccentric molecules line, but I would say less of like molecule

01 plus iris, which is like a true oris iris kind of solar floor and more of an eccentric

01. It's a balanced juniper, cedary, isoey, super iris trifecta.

I absolutely love it.

And though you can't buy it stateside anymore,

I did purchase a 75-millimeter bottle for $45 two years ago,

which is a type of price that I do like to shout from the rooftops

and brag about to strangers on the street.

All this said, if you are in the U.S. and you're after an everyday affordable light skin

scent that does feel more in line with that sort of musky, chalky, tried-and-true,

sparkly iris profile, Granado's Iris Otolet is lovely. It's definitely

sheer, but very layerable and subtle. And for $80 and a 100 milliliter bottle, that is, in my opinion,
