build a foundation first, build a small habit first, and then once you realize that you're

capable of doing that, then move on to the next thing. I think it's really sometimes frustrating

and overwhelming for us because we try to overhaul everything, like build a business,

change our body, heal our mindset, all of these things that's like so overwhelming that

our brain completely shuts down because it's too much.
