0:29.7 | met Marnie years ago when we started to hang out, started dating, I was actually on a diet that included |
0:35.9 | all grains. So I wasn't eating a ton of gluten. I wasn't going overboard, but everything was in. |

0:45.6 | Martin was on a diet that included just ancient grains. |

0:51.2 | Yeah, ancient grains are things like spelt and |
0:53.8 | commute and rye and barley, so not the traditional whole wheat. So these are |
0:58.5 | variations of wheat that are a lot easier for the body to digest because I don't do well in whole wheat. |
1:03.9 | So that's something that I did include and spelt, just for you guys out there who are looking to |
1:08.1 | maybe make a slow transition, using spelt instead of wheat is a really good starting point. |
